SHIPPING POLICY

Wellspring Gems is committed to getting our products out to you as quickly as possible; however, since most of our products are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for the items to be shipped. If, for any reason, there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, we will notify you directly.

All domestic and international shipments are fulfilled through Canada Post on our end. Rates are estimated and determined at checkout and is based on weight. Once the orders are shipped, we will notify you via email.

Xpresspost, Tracked Packet, and Priority shipping methods includes an automatic liability coverage of up to $100.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

Free shipping within Canada: We offer free shipping within Canada for purchases over $150. For the free shipping option, there will be no insurance or set window of delivery time. You will be notified by email once the item has been shipped.

Wellspring Gems is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. Please double check your address is correct at checkout.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

All international shipments are fulfilled through Canada Post on our end. Many packages take time passing through customs especially jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, the arrival times may vary.

USA shipping options:

International (outside of USA) shipping options:

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn or defective merchandise.

You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method.

We take great care in the packaging of our products; however, accidents do happen. If the piece arrives to you damaged, please take a photo and email it to wellspringgems@gmail.com.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

– Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
– Returned items must have tags still on, unworn, and be returned in original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, please email your information to wellspringgems@gmail.com.

Additional Information:

We will exchange unworn items at the retail value for another item of equal value. The retail value can also be put towards a higher priced item with the buyer paying the difference or towards a lower priced item and we will refund the difference.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returns.

Wellspring Gems is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
